I know this is a little late, but Happy Jubilee!
This is the cake I made in celebration for a barbeque at my Aunt's house in Wales. Surprisingly, it wasn't raining, and it was a properly British affair - we toasted to ol' Lizz HRH with mugs of tea.

It's been too long! As the sun starts to peek its feeble little head out, I thought I'd seize the opportunity and get into sandals and sundress. Finally! So here are my new Jesus sandals, all hail Carvela.

So. I thought I would kick off the whole posting thing with a picture. Now you can all see what I look like. Yay! This was taken in Paris when I was there during the Summer. Sigh. How I long to be back there...

I always find that I get wildly self conscious before posing for a picture. Anyone else get that?
